I just achieved 30 years of expertise in my golf career. I started at a young age as a greenkeeper and office worker. Alongside my studies in the university, I worked as a teaching professional. After graduation, I worked as a managing director for 15 years. I have also been serving as a president in Club Managers and Golf industry employers' associations and as a board member in Golf Course Owners association. Currently I am working as the COO of WiseGolf, the ultimate All-in-One business management system for golf clubs, where I have been for two years. So, I've looked at the golf industry from various perspectives, and before my work at WiseGolf, I thought I knew everything about Finnish golf and quite a bit about golf globally as well. I was wrong. Now, after two years of studying Finnish golf communities from top to bottom and researching international markets, I realize that my understanding was only scratching the surface. My knowledge and expertise have grown to an entirely new level over the past two years. Now, I understand in detail what practices make sense, how to increase a golf company's sales, how to improve the end customer's service experience, how employees´time is saved, and what affects the staff's well-being the most. All these insights have been utilized in the development of WiseGolf. WiseGolf is not just software; one of our tasks is to develop our customer´s businesses. We already have a tremendous amount to offer our customers in terms of business development, and as we explore the markets, we continuously learn more. Regarding the systems used in golf, over the past two years, I have learned that Finland is undoubtedly the most demanding market in the world. Each course has its unique set of requirements, and the systems need to adapt to the most diverse things. Thanks to our passionate development machinery, we have found excellent solutions to these needs, and our customer satisfaction is at an excellent level. In international markets, golf course needs are considerably more straightforward and homogeneous than in Finland. Based on our targeted market research, our system is exceptionally modern and covers 100% of all needs compared to existing systems. The interest in our system in target markets has been incredibly strong. In Finland, we are already market leaders by many measures. I can´t wait to launch our first international pilots!
