Last month, our five Rotational Program Associates graduated from our Rotational Development Program, marking the first-ever cohort to complete the two-year program. These associates joined us in June of 2022 and have completed four successful six-month rotations across different sites within our division. From projects like daily lean management and equipment utilization to shipping performance and facilitating a new facility grand opening, these natural-born innovators are not only excellent engineers but also great colleagues and collaborators. We had the opportunity to have our associates reflect on their experience in the program and even look back at their first day at ASSA ABLOY. For Meghan Fragomeni, Rotational Program Associate and University of North Carolina at Charlotte alumna, the Americas Rotational Development Program is an incredible journey of growth and exploration. Since joining the program in 2023, Meghan has successfully completed two customized rotations at Medeco in Salem, VA and Sargent Manufacturing in New Haven, CT, expanding her project management abilities.
