I will always be baffled by the amount of times I've been (and have heard of others being) ghosted by recruiters. It's simply rude in both a professional and personal sense. If you began the process with a potential hire, you at least owe it to them to give them a conclusion. Even if that conclusion is that they were not hired, they deserve to know. There's a person with real feelings on the other end of those calls and emails, not just a tally mark to meet a quota. #jobsearch #recruiting #recruiters

📣 Pro tip for anyone interviewing or talking to recruiters: Know your numbers! Whenever I take a call or review a resume - first thing I'm interested in is numbers. They tell a better story. This applies to all positions - not just sales or marketing. #️⃣ Associating numbers and KPI's to your experience does a few things: 1. Proves your value. 2. Justifies more competitive compensation packages. 3. Makes you come across as analytical and data-driven (who doesn't want to hire someone like this?) 4. Stands out from the rest who aren't doing this. Hope this helps someone out there 💯 #recruiting #numbersmatter
