I know I was promoting my own campaign for the Headstrong project, but I must point your attention to Ryan Sparks fundraiser. Ryan is a Marine Veteran and Carlisle's Chief Transformation Officer, and he serves on the board at Headstrong. He recounts his story as a Marine, and discovering that despite combat, "the mental battle would be even tougher." Please consider contributing to his campaign and those who have given so much in service! Carlisle is participating in the Headstrong Project through May 31st. https://lnkd.in/etnbqS9d

I gotta say I love what Motive is about and how we continue to mold and grow as a company! Post like the one below are a prime example.
🏌️⛳ Both Motive and Jason Day are dedicated to recognizing those who are driven to protect: the Navy Seals. As part of the new Birdies On A Mission partnership, Motive will be donating to Navy SEAL Foundation for every birdie Jason sinks on tour. Plus, all proceeds from sales of Jason's Malbon Golf Tour Edition hat will be donated as well. https://ow.ly/gwo450SU469

Application Sales Enablement Manager UK & IRL, NL, NO, CITG, IND and MEA | Application Solutions to help support Productivity, Security and Sustainability.
GOLD BEACH Gold Beach is 1st of 2, of D-Day beaches to be led by the British and was situated between Port-en-Bessin and Ver-sur-Mer the central most area of the D-Day invasion. The objectives of Gold were to secure a beachhead, capture Arromanches to link with American troops at Omaha and to capture Bayeux to link up with Canadian troops from Juno. Similar to Omaha, Gold beach was split into 2 components, an ariel and naval bombardment to clear German defences and an Infantry landing to capture the beach. In contrast to Omaha, the bombardments were highly effective in wiping out most of the German defences. The navel bombardments from HMS Ajax and HMS Argonaut proved to be extremely effectively providing pinpoint accuracy to take out 3 of the 4 artillery emplacements. Infantry landing commenced nearly an hour after the American landings due to different tides. Rough seas made it tricky for Infantry landing craft, resulting in 20 of them being sunk or damaged by mines, however this did not slow British troops much as within an hour they had secured beach exits to push further inland and by days end they had completed their objective.

They should use this book at Capstone! Great work, Greg. We need more CJs in the DoD! We owe it to the kids who are reading this book to deliver a viable CJADC2 solution that enables decision advantage for commanders in the next big fight. They will be the ones that suffer if we don’t. #cjadc2
Robert Morrissey and I created Penny the Pentagon, a children's book about the Pentagon's mission, as a fun project to share with our young kids. The Pentagon and the DoD mission have been a part of our lives for over 15 years. Thanks to all of your support, we’ve been able to donate $6,000 to Navy and USMC educational charities. https://lnkd.in/ex3_QRsu As we received feedback about Penny the Pentagon, several people suggested creating a children’s book that explains CJADC2. While we didn’t initially think there would be a large audience of kids for this topic 😊, we decided it would be an interesting project. After many months, we finally finished it. Special thanks to DALL-E for the illustrations! We can’t wait to hear your feedback! We got a lot of CJADC2 inspiration from the following and many more: Chris Scrapper Matt Strohmeyer Joe OCallaghan David Spirk Shyam Sankar Madeline Zimmerman Akash J. John Waterston Justin Fanelli Alex O'Toole Cody Ferguson Alaleh Jenkins Kathleen M. David Norquist Jane Overslaugh Rathbun Alfred H. Artem Nesterko Randal Cole Alicia Scott David Magjuka Shannon Boykin Markus Rogers Michael LeBreton Charleen L. Daniel Leventry #dod #cjadc2 #army #navy #usmc #airforce #logistics #spaceforce
