It's a sad statement normalizing the sharing of images of positive covid test (i.e., lying) in order to take a mental health day. I get it, "Human Resources" systems are broken, but still. Need a day, take a day, but don't compromise your integrity.
Now if you want peace tell people you have Covid, make up pictures of your test. I was never tested, masked, vaccinated or any other rituals (hand washing, avoiding people), but I would not hesitate to pretend to be Covidized if it can help me somehow. I could even add "you know, I am not vaccinated so it is going to be a lot worse and take many days". A joke of course, but many people still believe in the BS.

Hope you get better soon. Most companies aren't following the "Oh no you have COVID alarm" these days. It's treated as the same as any other "sick time." Also, I just found out recently from my wife getting sick is that some hospitals aren't even testing for COVID, only the Flu.
For a second I though you were going to be dad again. 😂
