Monthly, around 𝟑.𝟓 million passengers use public transportation in Constanța - an impressive number, equivalent to the population of a metropolis like Madrid or Berlin. 🔵 This mobility is ensured by the fuels produced at the #Petromidia refinery, the largest unit of its kind in Romania and a major contributor in the region. 🔵 Over 𝟔𝟎% of Petromidia's fuel production is delivered in Romania, thus supporting mobility in key sectors such as agriculture and transportation at the national level. CT Bus, a Rompetrol partner, is the transport operator serving the municipality of Constanța, efficiently managing over 20 transport lines throughout the city. 👉 The fuels resulting from complex technological processes reach the internal depots of CT Bus, providing the energy needed for the 𝟏𝟓𝟎 buses that, every day, ensure safe and efficient journeys for the residents of Constanța in all areas of interest throughout the city. It seems quite timely to have this milestone reached in the same week as Electricity Authority Te Mana Hiko released its consultation on The future operation of New Zealand's power system. https://lnkd.in/gyBzWha6 It's my strong view that to gather information and evidence about what the future looks like (which, by the way, it's clear is already happening), we need to put less effort and focus on what, for most households, businesses and communities, are impenetrable consultation processes. With more focus on properly resourcing pilots, sandboxes and experiments that incentivise collaboration and innovation, we will get to the answers much more quickly and cheaply. Communities - the forgotten participants of our electricity market and system.
