I recall the hangout you had with teachers the last time, even though I joined online, you kept shouting teachers don't let them lie to you, Don't allow anyone underpay you.... This was a turning point word for me, I kept it in my left hand, in my next interview I jumped from a 5naira to a 15naira, the interviewer was like you were taking this before and you want to take this now, I looked away o, of a truth I was scared to even call the 15naira, but no way, I know my worth..... And Yes, I got my desired job, no stress, everything provided plus a bonus, I wasn't given a 15naira, it was crowned with extra toppings Thank you Oluwatosin Aroloye Officially looking forward to RESET in August 😍😍😍

Crazy experience with a teacher Follow me gently Some month backs I got a chat from someone who knew i connect competent teachers to parent She told me she needed a teacher for her kids We hopped on a call ,I was able to get the needs of the kids and i promise to connect the family with a teacher that would help with that with my full supervision as well I shared the job opportunity in my community and i got several applications, I went on to review it and i choose this particular teacher who i felt would be suitable for the family based on the need of the kids and her experience. So i had an idea of how much i wanted to pay the teacher but i decided to ask her Madam how much will you be charging for this class ? So she told me 9 naira and am like really ? ,She said yes and went on to tell me why she was charging that high In my mind (Did you say high ?😁 ) because the pay i had in my mind was 15 naira So i told her i was going to pay 15 naira as against what she was demanding for on the basis that she will do my job well. She screamed on the phone and went on and on to share her terrible experience with school owners Ms Tosin , I am a good teacher, she listed all her qualifications and no money in the bank I told her i was going to give her the job and leave her to prove herself to me 3 days after she told me she had resigned from her full time job and extra classes to focus on my 4 hours per day job . In her words "Ms Tosin God has sent you to me ,I will not disappoint you '' One month after her pay came in at the right time ,she didn"t believe her eyes . In her words " I can't remember the last time , i was paid at the end of the month. My boss would always complain parent hasn't paid and for this the staff have to wait till the 5th or 7th of the next month At a point she was crying on the phone and Intensely praying for me One month after the client reviewed us on a group we both belonged to and we got 3 signups by that act. Moral of this story : There is direct link between teacher well being and quality learning and Education. Treat teachers well ,Pay them what they are worth and let's together give our kids the best education they deserve Remember there is no quality education without the teacher REPOST IF YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT SEEING TEACHERS EARN WELL AND CELEBRATED
