I have a very bad situation I reported to customer care and then they haven’t yet cancelled my booking after telling them I’ve booked another place the place was unhygienic and infested with insects not to mention in a very unreachable location. I can get my cab driver to confirm on the location unreachability.

Well Airbnb has decided not to list my property and ignore my calls. So anyone who is seeing this. This is my cry for help.

Airbnb isnt it scam, after paying everything got nothing out of it, airbnb doesnt allowing freedom of speech on their platform and hiding the comments, thats amazing.I am a client for over 12 to 13 years,Airbnb not allowing free speech on social media,their ambassadors they said they cannot reach me on phone we emailed for 2 months no solution, place we booked in Tampa, Palm west beach has human excreta paperlashed toilet paper— isnt it scam, your ambassador is very biased never looked into client side,and nobody try to engage with client, its horrible & scam.

Message for social media: As of 6Aug it’s been 11 days since I my computer was stolen by AirBnb user from the Milton of my building in Hollywood. Airbnb was illegally used to rent an apartment (short term lease is prohibited here). Thief that rented apt using AirBnb stole computer - working tool for the price 4295.98 I have submitted report to police. Police will not contact AirBnb because it’s not police responsibility. I was asking for update from AirBnb each day, and AirBnb just ignored my messages. Via call they confirmed “we assigned person, we will be back to you” without estimated date. I guess AirBnb does not care that they helped to rent an apartment illegally, they don’t care they are covering thief, they don’t care that I’m their client and I’m a victim but as a neighbor of the apartment that was illegally rented and the thief stolen expensive computer and my tool to work for a week. “Thank you”

I need assistance please with an issue regarding my reservation. It was canceled without my permission by one of your agents, and I am not being offered a full refund according as he said its according to the cancellation policy. But I did not cancel the reservation, and your agent confirmed that she canceled it. I would be fine with the cancellation if I will receive a full refund, but the agent is now unresponsive with my messages. This is so frustrating and ridiculous that your agent made this decision to cancel my booking without my consent! She messed up my plans. Please help resolve this matter.

Hi Brent Potts,    I understand this might not be the typical channel for customer support, but after countless frustrating and time wasting interactions and dead-ends with the usual routes, I'm reaching out directly. Despite multiple promises from your support team for a supervisor call back, I’ve been left hanging time and again, forced to repeat my story for over 30 minutes each time, with no resolution in sight. Most recently, Vivek Anand assured me of a call back from his leadership within 24 hours—it's now been 48 hours, and I’m still waiting.... We've sent multiple messages through the app, that have been left unanswered, outside of automated bot responses. Airbnb’s CEO, Brian Chesky often speaks about "super serving" the community, going above and beyond for both hosts and guests. Right now, that promise feels really empty. I’m asking for the service your company promises—nothing more, nothing less. Please have someone with decision-making power reach out to me ASAP. Thank you for your prompt attention.

Interesting….just let me know the reason of improper charges by Airbnb on my PayPal account. I just discovered several charges from Airbnb (last 17/07 of EUR.488,63 without any support from Airbnb yet!) despite not having made any reservations! Here are the answers from your "Customer Care"! I reported to our police dept. let’s see what will happen but in the meantime I think it would be better prefer other platforms for our reservations!!
