🔍 Insights from our ECSSA Survey: What does a #SearchandSelection consultant need to be successful in evaluating candidates? Ever wondered what it truly takes to be an effective recruiter when it comes to evaluating a candidate? #ECSSA has surveyed #ExecutiveSearch professionals from six European countries and the results are in! 📊🌍 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 (81%) stands out as the most critical factor, followed closely by being 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 (72%). Additionally, having in-depth 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 (64%) and a 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 (53%) are highlighted as important traits.
