🫶 LET GO and LET GROW 🌱 The opening verse of the Tao Chi Ching. The first photo (taken 3rd May 2023) is my newly constructed veggie garden, turning an unused patch of dirt into the potential to come. Today (3rd August 2023), I have Long Beans 🫘 aplenty, Beef and Salad Tomatoes 🍅 heaving off their branches, Crunchy Cucumbers 🥒 for salivating salads, Strawberries 🍓that are branching everywhere and Parsley 🌿 that is adding punch to all our dinners. But whilst a successful veggie garden requires the right preparation and moderate tending to, it also needs time to be left on its own, to grow and ripen in due course. This can also be said for everything in our lives! So next time you are wishing for that big ambition, to hurry up and get here now.
