BAE Systems on stage at the #safetyinaction Leadership Summit talking about how they pivoted in their leadership development to drive safety performance. A number of the challenges BAE faced are similar to other orgs: engagement, KPIs, leadership development, culture change - a lot of lessons learned in how they have/are overcoming those challenges.
