We know that Pride means more when we come together. Pride means more love, allies and innovation. Comment below on what Pride means to you. https://accntu.re/3z8InrT #PrideMeansMore #LGBTIQ+ [Video Description: Against a white background, the word “Pride” appears in the colors of the Pride flag with an animated slider that says “TURN SOUND ON”. The slider disappears and a full sentence is revealed, asking “What does Pride mean?”. Stylized text is accompanied by multiple voices from people across Accenture sharing our Manifesto. The Pride flag fills the screen, emblazoned with a white Accenture “Greater Than” logo.]

Pride means accepting your own voice and not pretend to be someone you are not out of the fear of being judged, stared at or looked upon as someone miserable to pity out of compassion because you are different from “the others”. Not having to continuously “fight” your way through life to simply be recognised as a human being who deserves to be happy, like it was some kind of priviledge that you need to conquer, or vote for. No one should ever endure the pain of being denied access to fundamentals civil rights, like the one to have a family, get married and have a child. Pride means accepting who you are by undergoing a deeply painful process no one will ever understand which will make you as resilient as hell, as solid as a rock, as incapable of put up with injustice as humanely possible. Pride means accepting we are all different from one another, and that is probably what makes us special. Imagine a world where every one was equal to anyone else. Things like sharing and innovation would defintely not make sense. And where there is no innovation there is no future. So yes, Pride means future and I really hope that I will be able to live till the day when no one else will need to fight to feel proud of who they are 🌈😔❤️

Pride to me is about celebrating and embracing diversity, equality, and love in all its forms. It's a reminder that together, as allies and advocates, we can create a more inclusive world where everyone feels accepted and valued. Pride is not just about a month or a parade; it's a continuous journey towards fostering empathy, understanding, and innovation. It's about standing together to uplift and empower each other, ensuring that everyone can live authentically and without fear of discrimination. Thank you, Accenture, for championing these values and fostering a culture of acceptance and support. 🌈

What specific initiatives is Accenture taking to champion LGBTQ+ employee inclusion? Highlighting these programs can inspire others.

Being able to be yourself at work really matters. And for that, I’m proud to work at Accenture. I work on a daily basis with highly professional team members who endorse diversity, don’t just pay lip service, but who respect and value other ways of thinking, whilst we try to do find solutions to big issues. We don’t always have every answer in life, but knowing that we can go to work as our own self and get on with the job, is one thing that gets me out of bed #Pridemeansmore #Accenture

Accenture, Pride is a powerful force that unites us all, regardless of our backgrounds or identities. It's about embracing who we are with love, courage, and authenticity. When we come together in celebration, we create a vibrant tapestry of inclusion and acceptance. Pride isn't just about LGBTQ+ rights; it's a reminder that diversity is our strength, and together, we can achieve incredible things. It's a beacon of hope, inspiring allies and champions of equality to stand up and make a difference. So let's continue to support and uplift each other, because when we stand united, our collective pride shines brighter than ever before.

Pride, to me as an ally, is celebration of love, acceptance and unity. It's about advocating for equality and inclusion. We should focus on creating an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued for who they are. #PrideAlly #PrideMeansMore.
