Matt- I have been following your insights since you published the story on Governance and SVB, and I appreciate your perspective and emphasis on the importance of Governance. As was said in one of the podcasts you participated in -- Governance is about understanding your stakeholders. So clearly, you are taking it up a notch with this article. I love the term "dynamic stakeholder " because it encompasses so much. I also appreciate you focusing on the positive side of the coin— in the risk/opportunity equation. Moreover, the Stanley story shows the opposite effect of the risk, as evidenced in the Bud Light example- which had huge financial costs. The moral of your story to me is that proactive stakeholder engagement is the way to go! The challenge, of course, is identifying those stakeholders you don't know you have ? to me, that is key to managing your risks or capitalizing on the opportunities. I would love to learn your thoughts on that specific aspect of your story.

Reuse is frequently overlooked in discussions about the circular economy, yet its importance cannot be overstated. Why is it crucial, you might wonder? Congratulations to 4evergreen alliance on the release of their new Annual Report, which highlights how they are collectively working towards circularity for fibre-based packaging in Europe. The new report provides updates on the alliance's four workstreams (Recyclability Evaluation Protocol, Circularity by Design, Guidance on the Improved Collection and Sorting, and Innovation), which work to deliver tools to enhance circularity of fibre-based packaging for recycling.
