We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Attorney to join our legal team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling a variety of legal and litigation tasks related to workers' compensation cases. This includes drafting legal documents, developing litigation strategies, conducting discovery, depositions, motions practice, negotiating settlements, and representing clients before administrative and appellate courts. All legal and litigation activities will involve cases in which the attorney is “first-chair” or sole counsel on relatively routine to moderately complex workers compensation actions.
