$125 Billion Alternative Asset Manager Seeks a VP Compliance Officer

*Reporting to the Managing Director Compliance, Dotted Line to CCO

*Oversee All Regulatory Filings- Form ADV, Form PF, etc

*Assist in Mergers & Acquisitions

*Manage Team Compliance Training Initiatives

*Assist with any New Country/Territory Expansions

*Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining the firm’s policies and procedures

*Conduct internal compliance reviews and provide support for responses to regulatory examinations

Qualifications:

*7+ Years Compliance Experience at Another Alternative Asset Manager

*Must have Advanced Knowledge of Regulatory Filings

*Strong knowledge of Investment Company Act- BDC regulations a big plus

*Strong Background in Technology

Base Salary 200k-225k+ Bonus. ~425k all in compensation plus Excellent Benefits & Quality of Life- Hybrid Schedule
