About The Role

As Vice President of Strategic Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future by spearheading the creation and execution of a winning GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy for our SaaS (Software as a Service) and PaaS (Platform as a Service) offerings. You will leverage your deep understanding of the supply chain and data domains to identify and cultivate strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams and propel us towards market leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for our SaaS and PaaS solutions, encompassing market research, competitive analysis, and channel development.
  • Identify and build strong relationships with key industry players, potential partners, and technology alliances.
  • Negotiate and structure win-win partnerships that drive significant revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to ensure alignment and successful execution of business development initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in supply chain management and data engineering.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points to tailor solutions and partnerships accordingly.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the success of business development activities.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic business development, preferably within the supply chain or data engineering software industry.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-impact partnerships that deliver substantial revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of SaaS and PaaS business models and GTM strategies.
  • Strong understanding of the supply chain and data engineering domains, with a keen eye for identifying market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and the capacity to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strategic thinking and analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
