Pay Information $2,009 per week About The Position ID: 49307381 Shift: 07:00-19:00 Description: Description:*** Must have recent experience in outpatient orthopedics ***4x10s on call once a month.Additional Position Caseload- Primarily Outpatient (mostly orthopedics, plus some neuro, general deconditioning, balance/fall prevention and other diagnoses depending on the PT's skillsInpatient/acute care as neededEMR System- of an accredited program of Physical Therapy and holding a current Physical Therapy license in the State of California.BLS within 2 month of hire and on-goingPhysical Therapist I Responsible for the evaluation of patients referred for physical therapy, formulation of a plan of care, and administration of physical therapy treatments. The staff Physical Therapist shall interact with all hospital departments, and medical staff. Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality in all areas involving patients and their related hospital business. Conduct hospital business in an ethical and lawful manner, and is willing to report any knowledge of real or potential fraud or abuse according to the NIH Compliance Code of Conduct. Abide by the NIH Personnel, Payroll Policies and Procedures. Abide by Departmental Policies and Procedures, and standards of performance and conduct. Qualifications: Required: Graduate of an accredited program of Physical Therapy and holding a current Physical Therapy license in the State of California.
