Temporary M&A Attorney - 100% Remote

Our client, a tech finance company, is actively looking for an M&A attorney. Project will last 6 months and it is 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as deal lead for M&A and Investments working alongside the M&A team and cross functional partners.
• Assist with other special corporate projects such as entity reorganizations and intercompany transactions.

Experience: 6+ years

• Preferably working on technology M&A and Venture Capital transactions.

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and project management skills.

Office Location(s):

• Remote

Commitment (i.e. full time, part-time, # of months, etc.):

• Full time for 6 months.
