Responsible for receiving, assigning, and ticket tracking of the support staff ticketing system. Supervises office and staff support. Collaborates with Manager of Administrative Services in process and procedure improvements. Serves as primary point of operational and administrative contact for internal and external constituencies, often on complex and confidential issues. Provides complex administrative assistance in the areas of program and project planning, research, and analysis. Serves on a variety of committees in a support capacity. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Associate degree preferably in office administration, business administration or a related field.
Four (4) years of administrative experience.
Supervisory or leadership experience.
