Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent. The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, including coordinating with subcontractors, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. They will also be responsible for managing and leading the construction team, monitoring progress, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge and experience being a Superintendent
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of construction safety regulations and compliance
Experience in budgeting and cost control
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
