Staff Accountant

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the company's financial operations, including preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Coordinate and support external audits.
• Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA certification is a plus.
• Proven work experience as an Accountant or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
