POSITION SUMMARY:

Sr. Human Resources Coordinator responsible for a variety of Human Resources team assistance and management of administrative Human Resources tasks. Responsibilities include the organization, coordination, and assistance for all Human Resources Department projects and HR processes. Working directly with the Sr. Human Resources Manager, the Senior Human Resources Coordinator will oversee the full new hire onboarding process for the company, will work to support the new hire recruitment processes and liaise with the Quality Department for HR/Quality Coordinated efforts. The Senior Human Resources Coordinator will also assist with administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant and Executive team as needed.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with and reports to the Sr. Human Resources Manager regarding all HR related endeavors.
  • Compile and manage people data and metrics in the ADP human resources information system.
  • Maintain and process all employee and contractor status changes.
  • Responds to verifications of employment and other external requests for employee information.
  • Maintain all employee CVs and JDs and tracks changes and updates in accordance with relevant SOPs.
  • Assists in the hiring process including recruitment projects as assigned, interview schedule coordination, background verifications, tracking new candidates flow and other assigned responsibilities to ensure a smooth recruiting process.
  • Coordinates the employee onboarding process to include all communications with candidates, internal teams, supervisors, and processes all new hire onboarding processes.
  • Supports recruiting processes with data and statistics for trends and patterns.
  • Organizes, maintains, and updates employee HRIS information as needed in ADP.
  • Assists with offboarding efforts including management of separation documentation and processes.
  • Performs HR related administrative tasks as needed.
  • Support any other special projects as assigned by the HR team.
  • Oversees conference room scheduling.
  • Coordinates special event planning.
  • Supports management of schedules for the ET/SMT.
  • Provides travel assistance as needed for the ET/SMT.


JOB REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION:

  • Minimum two years of experience working in a Human Resources role.
  • Minimum two years of experience completing administrative duties.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.


Knowledge, Skills, And Competencies Required

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws
  • Proficiencies with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars in Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly preferred ADP or similar HRIS system knowledge


CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

  • Verification of educational requirements, employment history, professional references, and certifications/training and U.S. work authorization.


WORKING CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL EFFORT

  • Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment, remotely or in a hybrid arrangement based on approval from the department manager/supervisor.
