Position Summary:

As a Social Media & Content Strategy Manager at twelveNYC, your role is integral to the agency's growth and revenue-generation efforts. Focused on executing strategic marketing initiatives, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive social media strategies, manage content creation processes, and contribute to the overall marketing plan. By fostering a mindset shift within the organization and aligning marketing efforts with sales goals, you will play a key role in increasing brand visibility and authority, indirectly impacting revenue.


Responsibilities:

Social Media:

  • Work under the Strategy & Innovation team to execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage twelveNYC Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok accounts.
  • Schedule and post content, ensuring a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Provide regular reports and insights, highlighting key metrics and proposing strategies for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media into broader company and sales objectives.
  • Alongside the Strategy & Innovation team, determine what resources (photography or other) are needed to support social media overall.

Content Creation:

  • Create compelling content for social media channels, newsletters, and case studies using video, iPhone photography, and creative graphics.
  • Project manage the creation of these assets, flagging any budget or resources needed to team leadership.

Marketing & Communications:

Development of an overall marketing plan in tandem with Director, Strategy & Innovation that includes a combination of the following:

  • Newsletters.
  • Trend reports.
  • Case studies - internal and external with a communications plan around each.
  • Press releases.
  • Events.
  • Any additional materials that support sales goals or Twelve authority building.
  • Lead award submissions.
  • Identify and recommend media outlets for coverage and events for attendance, demonstrating a point of view on our industry presence.
  • Provide support in the production and coordination of tradeshows.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
  • Proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok platforms.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics and ability to develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for engaging content and marketing materials.
  • Experience with content creation tools (video editing software, graphic design tools, iPhone photography).
  • Project management skills to oversee content creation, manage timelines, and coordinate with teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills and effective communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and marketing practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $80k - $90k annually
