Senior Vice President Finance - $400K + Bonus + LTI

Our client, a medical device manufacturer focused on the healthcare industry, is seeking a SVP of Finance to join their global executive team. The SVP of Finance will play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy, overseeing financial operations, and providing strategic leadership to support the company's growth and profitability goals. The right candidate will be a proven hands-on director, capable of working seamlessly with internal leaders (US and international), as well as company partners. This position will be responsible for all financial operations (accounting, finance and shared services) of the company business.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, cash management, and finance administration, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain pricing governance frameworks to support effective pricing strategies, optimize revenue streams, and enhance competitiveness in the market
• Collaboration with US and global leadership, facilitating coordination and communication on finance-related initiatives and priorities
• Cross-department collaboration to ensure alignment of financial plans with business objectives and legal reporting
• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with business objectives, partnering closely with business leaders to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Provide strategic direction and leadership for shared service functions, including tax and payroll, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivering high-quality support services to internal stakeholders
• Lead and manage the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and financial targets
• Communicate financial performance, risks, and opportunities, fostering alignment and driving accountability across the organization
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in finance processes, systems, and controls, leveraging best practices and technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
• Hire, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a positive culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to achieve departmental and organizational objectives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required
• CPA or CMA required
• 15+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably within healthcare or consumer product goods industry
• 5+ years management experience with proven ability to develop, lead and manage teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of business
