  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of qualified talent
  • Ability to quickly identify target profiles during resume review, outbound sourcing and phone screens
  • Report pipeline and candidate activity to recruiting and business stakeholders
  • Utilize insights from sourcing campaigns to develop tactics that increase outreach efficiency
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and identify future opportunities that could align with the candidate’s interests and business needs
  • Partner with our tech recruiters and hiring partners to gain a deep, holistic understanding of Carta’s business and hiring needs
  • Continuously innovate our hiring approach and processes through creative non traditional channels (i.e. networking, referrals etc.)

The Team You'll Work With

You’ll be joining our Technical Recruiting Team and will partner with our R&D organization in efforts to hire world class talent to drive Carta’s business forward. As a member of the Recruiting Team, you will play a key role in architecting creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent. This role will have the opportunity to partner directly with the business.

About You

  • Skilled in identifying talent through various sourcing techniques (i.e. Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, Github, Stackoverflow, etc.)
  • 3+ years of experience in a sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, etc
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and appetite to keep up and stay current with market trends
  • Organized, with a keen attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Metrics driven, utilizing data to influence the hiring process and drive results
  • Adaptable, resourceful, and resilient with a bias to action

Salary

We are hiring for multiple levels and locations, so final offers may vary from the amounts listed based on geography, experience and expertise, and other factors.

Benefits

Carta’s compensation package includes a market competitive salary, equity for all full time roles, exceptional benefits, and, for applicable roles, commissions plans. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is:

$131,750 - $155,000 in San Francisco

$131,750 - $155,000 in New York

$118,575 - $139,500 in Seattle

Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other factors.
