About The Job
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Chain to help ensure customers receive unique products by independent artists as seamlessly as possible by coordinating and monitoring the supply chain. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain & Operations, the Senior Manager, Supply Chain keeps the wheels turning by systematizing the broader pieces of the supply chain; including directly managing relationships with print on demand partners, tracking performance of our fulfillment network, and contributing to the priorities of the Supply Chain team.
As the Senior Manager, Supply Chain you will work daily with the Customer Service team and print/ship partners, and occasionally/as needed with the Artist, Affiliate, and Dev teams and will be an integral part of the continued growth of our business.
Responsibilities
Partner Management (40%)
Serve as primary contact for print on demand fulfillers in our network
Manage various partner initiatives, from the project management to the stakeholder relationships within TeePublic and the partners
Pull, analyze, send, and track partner SLA daily (including follow up on poor performance or response rate)
Monitor and track partner quality, as well as strategize ways to iterate on current process for better results
Managing various quality initiatives as requested
Data Tracking + Analysis (40%)
Pull, analyze, and summarize Partner KPI data monthly, incorporating details or issues into broader partner tracking as necessary
Pull, analyze, and summarize Quality KPI monthly data, develop strategy to lift quality network wide in response to analyzed trends
Pull and compile fulfiller misprint credits monthly
Iterate on team data structure to clarify and increase efficiency
Track and report on trends across various data streams
Misc / Ad Hoc (20%)
Researching, coordinating, and project managing custom packaging + inserts
Helping to guide team process and info storage to clarify and increase efficiency
Cross-team communication as needed
Data/task projects
Requirements
4-5+ years experience in supply chain and manufacturing
Experience in a startup environment, preferred
Experience in eCommerce/DTC or other retail business is a plus
In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in New York is $80,000 - $100,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
