Senior Contracts Counsel -- Remote | WFH

What You'll Be Doing

Negotiation: Showcase your exceptional negotiation skills across a spectrum of contract types, from technology to professional services, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive our business forward.

Collaboration: Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders across various departments to ensure alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Documentation: Play a key role in drafting and maintaining contract templates and internal procedures, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Qualifications

Education and Experience: Hold a Juris Doctor degree and an active license in at least one jurisdiction, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in supplier contract-related counseling.

Expertise: Demonstrate solid expertise in drafting, negotiating, and advising on commercial contracts, particularly in an IT setting. Knowledge of data protection and international contracts is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
