Senior Contracts Manager

We are looking for a Contracts Manager to join a Space Robotics company in Denver who are on a mission to create and extend human presence in space and continue to drive positive impacts here on Earth.
In this role you will own the contracting function within the company, everything from;
Getting your hands dirty with NDA / execution work, through to reviewing more significant valuable contracts both outbound and inbound
Interfacing outside of the company with counterparts at companies they partner
Having the presence and experience to negotiate on behalf of company
Compliance and Government contracts work, you’ll help out on the government contracting side including compliance, FARS, DFARS etc.
Nice to haves:
Export control experience
Procurement experience
Quality assurance
Enough to work with finance people
This is a role where you are not just managing the function, but actually organizing it and putting the strategies and processes in place.
It is 4 days on-site, 1 day remote per week.
