LVI are currently seeking a senior-level construction manager or engineer to provide direction and exceptional leadership for all aspects of technical and managerial services. In this role, the successful candidate will have an opportunity to expand and grow the client's various practices while leading high-profile projects - including, but not limited to; construction law and litigation support, construction disputes and claims, CPM schedules relating to delay & disruption, loss of productivity, cost/damage analysis, and expert witness testimony.

Requirements:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction or related discipline; Bachelor’s degree considered with six (6) to 10 years of related experience
Three (3) to five (5) years of engineering, heavy scheduling, cost estimating and/or litigation experience in the construction industry or related experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with construction defect analysis.
Assistance with damages and delay quantification.
Support with change order analysis.
Analyze and prepare construction claims.
Assist with risk analysis and document recommendations.
Evaluate project planning, costs and schedules.
Develop and manage CPM schedules and project controls.
