Senior Business Analyst

Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst (HRSD) | Contract | 100% Remote

Optomi, in partnership with a leading client, is seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst (HRSD) for immediate consideration! As a ServiceNow Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops with stakeholders, and implementing solutions related to HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal modules.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define business requirements for HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal modules within ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in workshops with stakeholders to identify their needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, system configurations, and requirements.
• Evaluate, analyze, and recommend process improvements and system enhancements to optimize HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal functionalities.
• Work closely with developers and testers to ensure successful implementation and testing of system enhancements.
• Provide end-user support and training on HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal functionalities.
• Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features, and identify opportunities for system upgrades and enhancements.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with focus on HRSD, ITSM, ITAM and Service Portal modules.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its HRSD, ITSM, and Service Portal modules.
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting workshops, and translating them into functional specifications.
• Ability to evaluate, analyze, and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are highly preferred.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
