Security Operations Manager

This position is for a full-time SOC Analyst role, offering direct employment and requiring onsite presence. Work hours are from 1 PM ET - 9 PM ET.

We are seeking a skilled Global Security Operations Center Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing client data, overseeing international travel itineraries, tracking global beacon devices, handling security operations requests, and conducting comprehensive intelligence analysis. Reporting directly to the Operations Center Manager, you will contribute to maintaining our high standards of service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create thorough Travel Assessments based on client itineraries and intelligence inputs.
• Oversee GPS-based global tracking devices and associated platforms.
• Coordinate and guide international security teams in supporting clients in distress.
• Prioritize and respond to emergent situations worldwide.
• Conduct real-time intelligence analysis and produce actionable reports aligned with client needs.
• Swiftly address and resolve security inquiries and issues.
• Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including C-suite executives, support staff, and international partners.
• Perform various Operations Center tasks such as handling calls and emails, updating client data, maintaining logs, and organizing shared drive files.
• Ensure seamless handovers and deliver exceptional customer service during client interactions.
• Undertake additional duties as required, including supporting briefing and presentation activities and generating intelligence products on demand.

Qualifications:

• Preferably possess military or first responder experience.
• Demonstrated experience in customer support or security roles (1-2 years).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with corporate clients and high-net-worth individuals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Highly detail-oriented with robust analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to specific needs, leveraging data to provide recommendations for travelers.
