Overview
Job Description
We are currently seeking a Night Shift Audio Engineer to join our post-production audio team for the upcoming 2024 NFL Season. The shift hours are Sunday through Thursday, 4pm-12am. The term runs 7 months from mid-July through mid-February.
Responsibilities
Sundays:
Working as part of our Audio Operations team processing game sound, syncing daily footage, and editing game radio broadcasts.
Monday -Thursday
Digitizing legacy audio material from 16mm Mag audio tracks into DaVinci Resolve/Fairlight workstations. Critically monitor audio playback, accurately label, and archive files to attached storage system and log the recording details in database.
Strictly conforming to established procedures.
Required Qualifications
Detail oriented, patient and consistent problem solver.
Salary
This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of salaries or hourly rates that the NFL believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The NFL expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare and exceptional circumstances, where an external candidate has experience, credentials or expertise that far exceed those required or expected for the position, would the NFL consider paying a salary or rate near the higher end of the range.

Required Qualifications
- Great attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of Digital Audio Workstations (DAW) with experience in Resolve/Fairlight systems a plus.
- Background in general aspects of digital audio recording and signal flow.
- Familiarity with multiple computer platforms and file management.
- Availability to work on weekends during the NFL season.
- 4-year degree or equivalent education
- 3 years of experience in Post-Production Audio environment
