Oversee the integration of Oracle FTP and Oracle CFE projects, focusing on advancements within the Data Factory environment. This role involves leading initiatives to enhance data handling and processing capabilities.
Coordinate with teams on implementing new features and functionalities for Oracle FTP and CFE across multiple boards.
Support the development and integration of ETL and business rules.
Manage and optimize data workflows and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Facilitate cross-functional team interactions and integration with broader Data Factory objectives
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale projects.
Experience with ETL processes and data integration projects.
Knowledge of Oracle financial systems (Oracle Financials Cloud, Oracle EPM Cloud, preferred)
Oracle FTP and CFE preferred but not required
Strong project management and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Jira, Agile methodologies, and Scrum cadences and ceremonies.
Experience in banking and financial services environments.
Familiarity with ERP systems
Scrum Master certification is a plus.
