What it's like being a Scheduling Specialist at Inspire Make a Sustainable Impact: Monitor authorizations to avoid any gaps in care and ensure clients have their therapy scheduled weekly. Collaborative Commitment: Work closely with providers, families, referral sources and internal teams at the front deskto collect patient documentation and maintain client records to ensure everything runs smoothly and quickly as possible.

Educate and Support: Proactively advocate for the medical necessity of treatment by staying abreast of insurance requirements and informing internal stakeholders of any changes. Role requirements This role is a perfect fit for a highly motivated candidate who can immediately begin contributing in either our Deer Valley or North Scottsdale offices. Previous experience in the scheduling or prior authorization processes within a pediatric OT, SLP, PT, and ABA care setting ¿Hablas inglés y español? Bilingual skills are not required but a bonus? When it comes to compensation, you'll be in the range of $18.50 - $20 per hour, which translates to approximately $3,280 - $3,600 monthly or $39,360 - $43,200 annually if you're working full-time at 40 hours a week.
