Salesforce Technology Implementation Trainer

Position Summary

The Salesforce Technology Implementation Trainer (STIT) position is under the supervision of the Sr. Salesforce Project Manager. This position is responsible for developing and delivering training and communication materials to effectively implement new customer relationship management processes and technologies throughout the organization. The STIT ensures that all stakeholders are aware and supportive of the changes and that they are prepared to implement the necessary business and system modifications. The objective is to facilitate the successful adoption of new tools and processes by end-users.

Essential Responsibilities

In support of a multi-year strategic objective to implement enterprise-level customer management and process automation capabilities on Salesforce.com, the responsibilities of this position include:

  • Designing, developing, and delivering in-person and virtual Salesforce CRM training sessions
  • Creating and maintaining learning guides for current and future employees
  • Staying knowledgeable about Salesforce CRM features and capabilities and sharing relevant information with end-users
  • Communicating with end-users through user-friendly and informative messages
  • Gathering insights and metrics through feedback loops to improve training
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation, utilization, and adoption of training programs
  • Using data analysis to improve user adoption
  • Conducting readiness assessments to inform training and communications
  • Designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce CRM training and communications
  • Conducting training sessions, workshops, and webinars for existing employees and new hires
  • Staying updated on new Salesforce features and incorporating them into training and communications
  • Developing metrics to measure adoption effectiveness
  • Coordinating with internal business and technology teams as well as vendor partners
  • Collaborating with design and development teams to enhance functionality and user experience


Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field is required. Education level will be evaluated considering both education and work experience
  • 5 years of experience as a trainer with Salesforce cloud solutions
  • Familiarity with principles and practices of learning and communications
  • Experience in developing and delivering Salesforce CRM training both in-person and virtually
  • An orientation towards learner-focused service and a commitment to delivering high-quality content
  • Proven ability to engage learners and ensure that the content is relevant to the target audience
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Capable of working collaboratively in a team environment
  • Effective prioritization and execution of tasks in a fast-paced and growing environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills with a strong focus on building rapport and listening


Benefits


The salary range for this position is $75,648 - $90,811 and is eligible for an annual incentive.


This role is eligible to work remotely.
