The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the effectiveness of our sales team by analyzing sales data, managing sales processes, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with sales operations, and a deep understanding of the TMS and logistics industry.

The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the effectiveness of our sales team by analyzing sales data, managing sales processes, and providing actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with sales operations, and a deep understanding of the TMS and logistics industry.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales team to streamline sales processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage and optimize the sales CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Support the sales team with forecasting, pipeline management, and quota setting.
- Conduct market research to identify potential new markets and opportunities for growth.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a sales operation, sales analyst, or similar role, preferably within the B2B software or technology industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Knowledge of the trucking or logistics industry is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong desire to drive operational excellence.
