REGIONAL DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES (multi-site, manufacturing, salary $150K-$190K + bonus)

Position will lead a mid-sized team of experienced human resource professionals and work/partner/work with leadership throughout the organization to bring growth and improvement through improved leadership/team training & development, intentional talent acquisition strategies, talent management, performance management, employee communication & engagement, compensation/benefits/HRIS, improved systems, processes and technology, etc.
