Recruitment Coordinator

Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communication, and managing administrative tasks to ensure a seamless hiring experience. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  • Candidate Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Application Management: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview notes, and hiring decisions.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding tasks, including preparation of offer letters and new hire documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and team members.
