We are seeking a Talented 360 Recruitment Consultant with experience in Energy, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Infrastructure, or Engineering. This person would be responsible for supporting existing oil & gas accounts on the Natural Resources Team and contractor management.

Ideal Applicant:

• At least 2 years of agency recruitment experience.
• Background of Energy, Oil & Gas, Renewables, Infrastructure, or Engineering.
• Proven track record of recruitment contract consultancy placements.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, from job intake to offer acceptance, for a variety of positions within the organization.
• Utilize multiple channels for sourcing, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.
• Identify and engage top talent by conducting thorough candidate screenings and interviews.
• Have a committed, motivated, and hardworking attitude; able to organize oneself and deliver results.
• Inquiring and inquisitive mind which thrives on building relationships at all levels.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
