Assist in supporting TGH’s real estate portfolio by managing the work flow of lease and other property related agreements/transactions. Liaise with Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable to ensure timely payment of portfolio rents and assist to resolve any discrepancies. Assist with monitoring critical lease dates, notifying the appropriate business units, and following-up with related information. Responsible for performing job duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Tampa General Hospital.

Associates degree with 5-7 years of relevant work experience or bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant work experience required. Relevant experience in real estate, lease administration, reconciliation, property management or real estate accounting is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft office as well as relevant database management software is preferred.
