Warren Recruiting's client, a national law firm with a strong life/work balance, is seeking a talented Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Houston, Texas. Lawyer candidates should have at least 4 years of prior real estate transactions experience. We are looking for a real self-starter, someone who likes to take on a high level of deal responsibility, and a real team player who likes client interaction. Billable targets are around 1800 hours for associates.
Attorney candidates must be team players, be able to multi-task on multiple deals at once and have strong communication skills. Heavy client interaction should be anticipated and you will have a leadership role on deals. Partnership prospects are real at this firm. All of this with great compensation too!
Real Estate Attorney candidates should have a desire to focus their practice on complex real estate transactions. Some prior experience could include acquisitions, dispositions, financings, real estate development, zoning and land use issues and the like. Only top academic credentials will be considered.
