Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a food development company located in Alsip, IL, is seeking a R&D Director of Protein to join their team! The Director will join a great team and company. The R&D Director will travel up to 25%.

R&D Director Job Summary

• Leads the team for the development and execution of strategies.
• Support the implementation of innovative technologies.
• Implement talent management program in the Protein R&D teams.
• Communicates progress of all products.
  
  

R&D Director Qualifications

• MS in Food Science, Meat Science, Food Chemistry or related degree.
• 10+ years of Research and Development experience within the meat industry.
• Experience with retail or foodservice manufacturer.
• Strong leadership qualities.
