Performs AeroCode creation, management, updates and reviews for Property Management related process and procedures in accordance with Corporate Policy, Customer requirements, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS) Clauses.
Oversees and reports metrics for internal Property Management System Analysis (PMSA's) plans and activities to ensure continual accountability of company, government, or associate contractor property in accordance with applicable corporate policy, customer requirements, or government regulations.
Function as the program integrator for F16 and F22 providing guidance to internal and external customers on Property related tasks and requirements of the applicable contracts. Will processes Rent Free Non Interference Use (RFNIU) and Rent Based Non Interference Use (RBNIU) request for tagged Government assets under F16 and F22 programs contracts working with internal and customer Contracting Officers. Pull reports from the Property Business system Maximo-AMS to meet customer Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL's) requirements.
Serves as the Business Continuity representative for Property Management maintaining the plans for tasks, requirements and points of contacts in case if emergency and or disaster recovery.
Reviews the Property Management Business system Maximo-AMS for assets associated with Contracts as part of the Contract Closure process.
Performs as a Property Management system administrator for Maximo-AMS providing access at the appropriate permissions level for Lockheed Martin Aero sites.
