Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at a large technology and e-commerce/retail company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination and completion of projects and programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from setting deadlines and assigning responsibilities to monitoring progress and preparing comprehensive reports for upper management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end execution of projects and programs.
  • Set project timelines, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met.
  • Prepare detailed status reports and present updates to upper management.
  • Utilize a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures within the field to achieve project goals.
  • Lead and direct the work of project team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Exercise a wide degree of creativity and latitude to solve problems and overcome obstacles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or a related area.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on extensive experience and sound judgment.


Reporting:

  • This position typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.


Travel - This role will have some to moderate travel to different sites.
