Job Description

The Program Strategy & Implementation Manager Lead Consultant provides process expertise, project management and is accountable for the business results of the program. The individual supports the design of product strategies and execute change management efforts to drive adoption for any of the Enterprise Enablers program capabilities. This position also collaborates with cross functional groups to achieve the implementation of new capabilities and delivery of change management efforts to drive adoption/support. Support can include areas such as our eDelivery, Consumer Terms & Conditions, and EDF (Electronic Document Fulfillment).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support future vision and strategy for medium-to-large programs through project delivery, providing information as requested to support the development of business cases and execution roadmaps, 3 year plans and ensuring vision is supported and prioritization is understood by Senior Leadership and all parties influencing funding decisions
  • Work with all AORs across the enterprise, through partnerships, and formal/informal communications to support the company’s strategic objectives and support AOR goals and key processes enabling these
  • Proactively manage programs ensuring all project decisions support business results with balance to also improve customer experience and improved customers interactions
  • Tightly manage, identify and escalate any considerations related to expenses/financial plans
  • Achieve results through high performance environment, reporting on success criteria/metrics, communicating results to all stakeholders, acting on course corrections and offering innovative solutions
  • Lead and inspire others through performance/360 reviews, peer mentoring/coaching, development

This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education and Experience:

  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
  • 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)
  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

  • No Certification, License or Registration is required for the job.

Functional Skills:

  • Intermediate-to-advanced project management skills and advanced systemic-thinking capabilities
  • Intermediate-to-advanced relationship management skills and organizational understanding
  • Advance-to-mastery to conceptually outline/describe processes and the ability to communicate complex ideas concisely
  • Advanced analytical skills, providing critical thinking and solving problems
  • Intermediate ability to develop and implement business strategies across multiple product lines and distribution channels, collaborating across boundaries to implement decisions/initiatives in an integrated manner
  • Advanced experience using Microsoft Suite, Mural (flexible visual collaboration), Shibumi (strategic program & portfolio management) or Agility (capability & epic technology management)
  • Advanced insurance industry knowledge

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $95,700 - 170,925 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
