What We Need
5+ Years of Experience: Demonstrated prowess in color graphics production (larger format printing), including installation and finishing techniques.
Technical Proficiency: Deep knowledge of the latest printing technology and software, such as adobe creative suite, laser cutter software, CNC, Onyx rip, etc.
Detail-Oriented Mindset: A meticulous approach to quality control and problem-solving.
Team Leadership: Ready to supervise and coach team.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Flexibility: Ready to tackle diverse projects with varying timelines.
In house and outside work and installations: Ready to tackle the projects anywhere is needed.
