Duties And Responsibilities
Reports To EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

- Serve as the instructional and administrative leader of the school
- Analyze different data sources in making data-driven decisions for instruction
- Work with staff, students, and the community to ensure a high-quality educational program
- Formulate and accomplish the school's mission
- Provide leadership for an environment of high expectations for staff and students
- Motivate and lead professional learning communities that focus on teacher development
- Support the use of technology to motivate and prepare students for 21st century
- Provide a safe, orderly environment that facilitates learning
- Support school-related activities that enhance teacher, student, parent, and community relations
- Establish a positive relationship with students, parents, co-workers, volunteers, and other visitors
