Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in 13521 Plaza Rd Ext Charlotte, NC for a Group Fitness Instructor at F45 Training. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead engaging and dynamic fitness classes for members, delivering a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout experience. You will provide instruction, motivation, and support to help members achieve their fitness goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of proper exercise techniques, and creating an inclusive and positive atmosphere for all participants.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Group Fitness Instructor or equivalent
• Prior experience leading group fitness classes
• Strong knowledge of exercise techniques, safety guidelines, and modifications
• Ability to create and deliver dynamic and engaging workouts
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
• Availability to teach evening and weekend classes

Additional certifications and experience in other fitness modalities (such as yoga, pilates, or personal training) are a plus.
