We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of fence installation projects for our company. This person will have the desire to join a company on the ground floor. They will help drive and promote a growing business. The Ops Supervisor will coordinate with clients, schedule and manage project timelines, maintain budgets, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This operations supervisor will have the ability to create and maintain processes that will build the foundation of the business and propel Top Rail forward. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities (as they will be customer facing daily), and a thorough understanding of fence installation techniques and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
Plan and manage fence installation projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints
Develop detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and material procurement
Work alongside our office team to finalize plans and details, regarding permitting and HOA requirements
Assign tasks and responsibilities to installation crews and subcontractors
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, acquire needed materials and ensure compliance with safety standards
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance
Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or changes
Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle
Ensure that all installations meet quality standards and adhere to company policies and industry regulations
Coordinate with sales teams to provide accurate estimates and proposals for new projects
Continuously create, evaluate and improve operations management processes and procedures in coordination with the Owner/Operator
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
Proven experience and leadership in the fence or construction industry
Strong knowledge of fence installation techniques, materials, and industry standards
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed
Forklift Certification is a plus
Must be able to lift 60lbs (concrete will be moved to site frequently from storage)
Able to drive a trailer
