Multiple Locations (Houston, Dallas) - M&A Associate (Mid-Level)

The Global Corporate practice group is looking to hire a mid-level associate with significant M&A experience to join our Houston office. Successful candidates will have 4-5 years substantive experience in private M&A transactions, preferably with significant experience handling M&A for Private Equity clients. They should be capable of handling smaller deals with limited supervision, leading larger deals with direct partner supervision, and have experience drafting and negotiating partnership/LLC agreements and other organizational documents. Additional experience with primary and secondary fund transactions is a plus.
